We brought the house in the summer of 2006, it had been empty for 15 years. The house benifited from having 3 sets of
squatters over that period so some lovely painting on the wall, every window broken.
The house needed a complete renovation all electrics, plumbing, internal walls, windows and doors.
For the first 6 months of the renovation nothing much seems to change. Now with internal walls, electrics and plumbing
a gradual change is happening. As I intend to do all yhe work myself it is going to be a long time till all is finished. But
every day a bit more changes.
